apparantly it rained all day in Scotland yesterday and Dave got soaked!Ha ha,well he is in Scotland,and that seems perfectly reasonable weather for up there.Tonight he is staying in Carbisdale Castle,Culrain which is some way north of Inverness.Can you believe these amazing Youth Hostels?His bike has been locked in the dungeons.Also,another picture of Dave in action,somewhere near Kirby Lonsdale I believ

Todays ride started with a raeding o William McGonacgals poem Loch Ness actually on the banks of the Loch a truly awful poem written by a genius!! the weather was awful but did have the good grace to clear up once we had got as far as Drumnadrochit (would you believe) and from there on it became a lovely day. The reason thet the times are getting slower despite the distances being shorter is that at the moment it all seems to be uphill but there you go! dave
It might be down to that pint of 'Big Wobbly Wheel' you had the other night Dave...we've had some good meals too. Alllsooo last night in the B & B where I was staying the water went off! but Dave in the hostel was fine! that'll teach me to go all posh...Margaret
I stopped photographing Forestry Commission signs as they are all the same!! it got boring after a while.
