Today(Thursday)has been very tough I suspect.I have just heard from Margaret (18.15)that he is still an hour away from his stop for the night.It's hilly up there,they are stopping at Kirby Lonsdale to the east of the Lake District.Here is a picture of the Wyre Forest where Dave had his dinner on his way to Shrewbury from Gloucester.On his way from Shrewsbury to Warrington a small town called Wem put out the bunting,Dave is convinced it was for him,and says they missed the main event(him cycling through)haha Dave they indeed missed a treat!Quite amused that our Australian fans are relying on young Nat for geographical knowledge,yes she does have geography GCSE but she thought her Dad was just cycling England....didn't know(so she says)that John O'Groats is the top end of Scotland!Anyway presuming he gets to his stop tonight he should be half way!
